We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how close it was to everything. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed the nice seating area outside with relax music and good drinks.

The breakfast had a variety of healthy options that we enjoyed during our xmas stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We also appreciated the access to spa facilities at a nearby hotel.
Our room had a terrible smell due to the use of wallpaper glue during renovations. We asked for a room change, but it was no better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which we would highly recommend. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.
It would be great if the staff could receive some customer service training. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

Located in the peaceful mountains, this hotel provides a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Although a bit further from the town center, the hotel is conveniently close to the cable cars and other attractions. Rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. the friendly staff provide exceptional service, and the breakfast options are healthy and enjoyable. Don't miss the opportunity to relax in the spa facilities and pool at the nearby hotel.
The wifi connection can be frustratingly slow which may be problematic for those needing to stay connected.

The hotel was located in a central area, close to many restaurants and shops. the room was well-decorated with modern furniture and a comfortable bed. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options.
The hotel failed to meet our expectations. the room was not soundproof and we could hear the noise from the street.
